Optional carbon-fibre pieces (mirror caps, canards, diffuser blades) are pre-preg autoclave carbon with 2×2 twill weave. Hamann panels are produced in Laupheim, Germany, with TÜV-friendly OEM mounting points and a long history on the BMW M-platform.

Fitment and compatibility

Fits the BMW X5 M Competition F95 platform across the relevant build years. Hodoor strongly recommends a fitment confirmation step before production: chassis code, build year, trim level — we cross-check against the manufacturer's tooling and confirm radar/sensor compatibility before the panels are laid up.

Installation

Installation is a body-shop job, not DIY. Expect 30–55 shop hours for a competent shop including trial fit, panel-gap adjustment, sanding, primer, base + clear coat, cure and reassembly. Plan for matching wider wheels — running stock-width rims under flared fenders looks unfinished.

Indicative pricing for full kits typically starts in the €18,000–€35,000 range depending on platform, materials and add-ons. Painting, installation and freight are billed separately by the receiving body shop / logistics provider. Shipping and delivery

Items leave our facility in custom wooden crates lined with closed-cell foam. Approximate transit windows by region:

• SE Asia / AU / NZ: 12–22 working days

Customs clearance and duty are paid by the consignee and depend on the destination country.

Many products are sold as complete sets because geometry is engineered to work together. Spare individual panels may be available on request — write to [email protected] with the chassis code you are working with.

Will my insurance cover the modification?

Most major insurers require notification of aftermarket body or performance modifications. We can supply a manufacturer letter and product datasheets to assist with that conversation; coverage decisions remain with the insurer.

How do I confirm fitment for my exact car?

Send your VIN, chassis code (e.g. G05, F95, X167), production year and trim level to [email protected]. We confirm sensor cut-outs, parking-sensor compatibility and bracket offsets with the manufacturer before production starts.

Can the product be shipped to a body shop directly?

Yes — provide the body-shop name, VAT/EORI number and address, and we will configure the shipment paperwork (commercial invoice, HS codes, lifting-point schedule) to deliver direct to the workshop.
